Team Profile

Ugo Nwakudu, RA, NIA,: Principal partner with over 20 years experience in architecture, design and construction, providers overall guidance for design and construction operations from initial planning, estimating, building to project supervision and construction management. Tested in management of complex projects in challenging environments, he brings to the project delivery process an excellent commitment to design, efficiency and responsibility.

Chima Ucheya: Senior partner with over 18 years experience in architecture, project management and construction contracts, he offers clients a wealth of practical experience balanced with an understanding of architectural design. He plays a key role managing the design process and specific project operations including environmental impact assessments, development strategies and partnership and construction risk management.

Raphael Nasamu: Associate partner with over 10 years experience in architecture and building services, he brings cohesiveness between the design and construction processes, responsive to the clients' needs by building a team oriented approach. Being less adversarial, we can deliver a higher quality product at a lower cost.
